By subscribing to Say Cheese PHX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
1. Service Description
Say Cheese PHX is an unofficial, independent notification service. We monitor publicly available City of Phoenix traffic camera location data and send SMS alerts when changes are detected. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the City of Phoenix or any government entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be a resident of the United States with a US mobile phone number. By subscribing, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older (or have parental consent if younger).
3. SMS Opt-In Consent
By providing your phone number and completing verification, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Say Cheese PHX at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Opt-Out & Help
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text or click the unsubscribe link in any alert. After opting out, your phone number is deleted and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP to any message for support information.
5. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed.
6. Accuracy Disclaimer
Camera location data is sourced from publicly available third-party sources (City of Phoenix). We make no guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely solely on this service when making decisions. Verify camera locations through official city resources.
7. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR (B) $0, SINCE THE SERVICE IS FREE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
